The Faculty and Staff at Treutlen Elementary School have been working hard with all of our students to prepare them for the next grade level as well as end of the year assessments. By continuing to increase student achievement and student growth on assessments such as the Georgia Milestones, we can ensure that our students’ needs are being met and that our College and Career Readiness Performance Index (CCRPI) is continuously improving. This will also help Treutlen Elementary School be confident as to not being placed on the Priority or Focus School list for the third consecutive year (beginning in 2015-16, 16-17, and continuing into the 2017-18 school year). Our vision is still to provide quality instruction in a safe and caring environment. It is the focus of every staff member to ensure that our students are safe, learn in a caring and nurturing environment, and are provided instruction from highly qualified teachers. Please continue to be a part of your child’s education by attending parental involvement activities and conferences as well as contacting staff members or myself via email, phone, letter, or by meeting should a concern or suggestion arise. We love every child at TES and want to make sure that they grow up to be productive citizens, whether that means attending a higher education institution or being prepared to enter the workforce upon graduation. We look forward to having a productive and efficient finish to the 2016-17 school year.
