Meet Our Principal

I am honored to serve as the principal of Treutlen Middle High School and am excited to be a part of this outstanding school community. My goal is to provide every student with a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where they are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and personally.

Originally from Macon, Georgia, I graduated from Jones County High School before earning a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Georgia College. I later completed a Master's in Education from Shorter University and a degree in Educational Leadership from Georgia College & State University. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Education at the University of South Carolina because I believe that lifelong learning is essential to effective leadership.

Education has always been a family passion. My wife, Rebekah, and I have been married for over 20 years, and she is also an educator, teaching second grade. Together, we are raising two wonderful children who keep us busy and remind us daily of the importance of providing every child with meaningful educational opportunities.

I look forward to building relationships with our students, families, faculty, and community partners. Together, we can help every student discover their strengths, reach their goals, and become the best version of themselves. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve the students and families of Treutlen Middle High School. I am excited for all that we will accomplish together and look forward to a successful school year.
